Wrestler “Undertaker” beats Hulk Hogan to become the new WWF champion

Mark William Calaway, better known by his ring name The Undertaker, is an American professional wrestler.  He signed with WWE after beginning with the WCCW.  The Undertaker is known for having two contrasting personas, one being The Deadman and the other as a biker, The American Bad Ass.

It was on this day, November 27, 1991, that the Wrestler “Undertaker” beat Hulk Hogan to become the new WWF champion.  The victory came one year after his debut in WrestleMania where he started a feud with The Ultimate Warrior by locking him in an airtight casket during an interview segment.

His win to Hogan made him the world’s youngest WWF Champion in history until Yokozuna broke that record in 1993.  Unfortunately, the title was short-lived when WW President Jack Tunney ordered that they have a rematch six days after, and The Undertaker lost the title back to Hogan.
