From 1992- 2002 Tyco International’s CEO was Dennis Kozlowski and while under his control the company was doing well specifically when it came to mega-conglomerates because it was the first time the company had ever touched upon that route.

On June 17th 2005, Dennis Kozlowski, former CEO of Tyco International, was convicted for crimes related to his receipt of $81 million in bonuses. He left his position as CEO in 2002 in the midst of controversy regarding his compensation package. His conviction meant that he would have to serve 8 years and 4 months to 25 years in prison.
