Starting in April 1978 and lasting all the way till May 1991 the show “Dallas” has a great deal of audience. It was such a great show that Time magazines found the need to include it in their list of 100 Best TV Shows of not the decade or century, but of All- Time.
On May 3rd 1991, the show “Dallas” on CBS had its final episode after running for 13 seasons. Fortunately for some “Dallas” fans even after the show aired it’s last final episode they had two movies filmed several years later. The films purposes were to be aired on TV and as a form of reunion for the cast members.
It will be hard for any other show to challenge what “Dallas” established in their 13 seasons. What other show could have audiences watch a whole season and till the end have them realize that it was all a dream that one of the characters was dreaming all along.
